Transportation options and total delivery time depends on the product you wish to buy and where you live. Goods with extra services or subscriptions, and products labeled with the ordered goods are normally delivered within 3-7 working days, regardless of delivery method.

Qanawaty are always working to minimize delivery times, and process your order directly after you have completed your purchase.
Unfortunately, because of the short delivery time, there is no option to cancel completed orders.

Qanawaty inspect each item before it is sent to you, would anything happen at delivery; we stand for the damage if you contact us as soon as possible.

Return and refund
You have 14 days according to the Distance and Home Sales Act, when buying goods and services from a distance, it count from the date you receive the goods.The product must be packed in their original packaging and not opened or used. Put no address labels directly on their packaging, but put the original box in another box.

Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice, front and back). Do not forget to write in the cause of the return on the back of the invoice.

You must pay for return postage. Cash on delivery cannot do returns. Save your receipt, – be aware that you are responsible for return shipment!

Once you have made an order, our system will automatically send an order confirmation to your email. When we send the products you will also receive an order sending confirmation via email.

Delivery Confirmation
